[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not refunding money. | |||
Dear sir I did online shopping from above said online shopping. As the size of the product was not suitable so I requested for different size and as they dont had that size they asked me to return the same to their given adress. On 20th October I speed posted the product to their adress and as the post office complaint says it's delivered tto them on 24th October and still they people are saying that they haven't received my parcel and not refunding my money. The deduction was made from my credit card. And from that I am regularly mailing them calling them but nothing FRUITFUL kindly guide me what to do. Thanks.
