Snapdeal.com — Not refunding the the money | |||||
I bought Micromax P290 8GB 3G Through Dongle Black product. The box was open also it did not had OTG cable and Earphone as displayed on the Snapdeal Website. I called six times they offered me Rs 300 then Rs 400 compensation yesterday. Later I got call today they were convincing that go to micromax customer care which is around 15-20 kms and check the device. I told them why should I go. Why should I take open piece, later they told that they will that engineer will come to me. But not ready to refund my money they accepted there mistake said just sorry. Also they told me to buy OTG cable and earphone and send for reimburesment. Why should I waste money and time . Kindly help me.
