[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Not returning my product

Hi,

I had purchased a baby pram on 2 jul17 (Order i'd [protected], brand - r for rabbit) from the site and they delivered this product of on 14th jul 17 at my place, it was an prepaid order.

Same day on 14th night i initiated a return request from there app stating the size is small for my baby and after that they send me an mail stating that they can't process my request.

I was so surprised and caled up customer care that guy (Navjot) told me that they can't return it due to size issue, if der is any damage or detect in the product then only they can return my product i was soon surprised because their return policy says dat if customer faces size issue den they will return the product.

I mailed these guys 3 times bt no response and then today ie 19th jul i again called up their customer care that why they are not returning my product and i got a completely answer today... Nw they are saying m nt an authentic customer as per their back-end team. Reason for this is i hv initiated return request multiple times i told them to transfer my call to their manager so that i can get a better or clear picture of this reason, den dat executive put me on hold for 40 mins and then suddenly their ivr speaking us to wait is also gone call was connected only bt no voice from other side.

Kindly look into dis matter and refund my any.

Hi,

As snapdeal reprensantative mentioned above I got a call from them yesterday only. That guy told me he is looking at this matter and the resolution will be provided in next 48hrs.

And again today I have received a mail from Snapdeal stating the product cannot be returned because the item delivered in good condition. This is the third time customer care changed there reason to not returning my product. However, I wrote mail to snapdeal CEO Kunal also, but as expected no response from him.

The product is too small for my baby and the size issue can be exchanged.

Snapdeal is only fooling there customers.
Kindly look in this matter.

The snapdeal people are calling me stating they will not gonna return my product as in there customer authention my account is not passed.

Ealier when then was no return request from my side my account are accurate for them suddenly it became an authenticion issues.

You guys just don't want to refund the customers money and all this will not work for a longer time.

The CEO of the company is also not replying!!! Is this is the after sale policy of yours.

I will publish this issue where ever I can and make other innocent customer aware about your this game.
