Snapdeal.com — Not returning the earphone purchase from snapdeal | |||||
I have purchase a philips earphone from your online site. Since purchasing it is not working properly i.e. its sound not clear and distrubing while listening. I have request online to return/replace the itm. your company has send a message to collect the item on 2 June, 2016 between 3 to 6 PM. But nobody come to collect the item. Now a call again come to me to not change the item as it is not cover under change item. They saying that used item can not be change. How it is possible me to find about voice of item without using it. Kindly take necessary action on it for avoiding future problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
