[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not servicing the return pick up even after repeated complaints | |||||
I had ordered Jindal 3 Burner Automatic Gas stove from Sanpdeal on February 2nd 2016. However I received the manual variant of jindal 3 burner gas stove and I immediately raised for the replacement stating wrong product was delivered. But to my astonishment, the same product was wrong delivered and that too after a much delay. They could not keep up to their words of replacing the product by 3-4 days at the first place. Now that I'd lost trust in them, I requested for the refund on February 24th. However till this date, they havent even arranged for the reverse pick-up. Now if I call the customer care, the customer care executive fails to understand the gravity of the problem and gives an irresponsible answer. I am fed with with answers like "They will come when they come" and that "The courier person shall call me". I have had worst of nightmares with Snapdeal. It's been the worst experience of all time. From being a loyal customer, I feel so sorry for choosing Snapdeal this time. I have lost hopes in their so called customer-centric service.
