Hi I placed order on 5th oct 2016 and today is 3rd nov 2016 and i have no idea where is my product. I tried to contact snapdeal through custosmer care no but their no is not programmed to make calls so i sent 4-5 times mail and everytime they sent me same mail like our representatives will call u shortly and till now no body called me. What a pathetic service.. i made a big mistake to chose snapdeal for shopping this diwali. Now i dont want that product. I need my money back and can u help me how to get my money back. I paid 25774 through my credit card for spacewood bedroom set. Order id is: [protected] Kindly help me out to resolve this problem and i swear i will never ever do shopping with snap deal.
