[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Online order for purchase of mobile vide order no. [protected] placed on 10/11/2016. | |||||
I placed above mentioned order for purchase of lenovo a1000 mobile by online payment and subsiquently cancelled that after 3 days after observing track via their cancel option in order summary. Order cancellation is successful but as per cancellation option i don't get any confirmation to my e mail. I have several time contact to the customer care and they are telling to wait some days repeatedly. I don't get back my money in bank. Where our india government insist to use debit card to any purchase but now i am facing unwanted harrasment. When i contact to customer care they given a complain no.35998388 and mail ref.
