[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order can be canceled without informing | |||
I Order Xolo q600s on 6th july . i checked with pincode its serviceable so i order with my address as they appoved and Dipatch with in 10th july 2014 but dispatch has delay upto 3days expected to dispatch on 13th july 2014 . on 13th july 2014 snapdeal sent the order has been cancelled by snapdeal because its non serviceable area . i order with phone at 6999 rs(with promo code for 500 rs ) i think that why they cancel my order . snapdeal take upto 7-10 days to dispatch or deliever products even flipkart & Amazon take 2-5 days for deliever one of the worst service by Snapdeal i call to snapdeal and ask i want back my order because i used promo code for 500 rs for that product Snapdeal reply " you can order new one" worst worst online experience in snapdeal Was this information helpful? | |||
