[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — order cancellation | |
I ordered a nike presto ultraflyknit blue running shoes, on 16 jan 2018 order id is [protected]. Now i want to cancel my order due to a large variation of price but i cant cancel my order, when i click 'cancel' button then the snapdeal shows 'this order cannot be cancelled as per our policy.

But they send me blue color shoe of rs 4080.several times i call snapdeal but no response given by them.
Now i m going to lodge FIR against snapdeal. Snapdeal is a fraud company which loots hard earned money of peoples.
