Snapdeal.com — Order has been cancelled, Reason: No Reason | |||
I had placed an order with Snapdeal : Order placed On :[protected]:42:00 of Canon CanoScan - 9000F Scanner which had to be delivered to me on 4ht dec, 2014, which got Postponed to 6th Dec, 2014 which further got delayed saying, 9th Dec, 2014. And finally on 9th December, 2014 I am getting a mail saying your order has been cancelled. There is no specific reason mentioned, i tried contacting them on Facebook, but no response, Tried calling them on Phone number [protected], the operator saying me, we can not do anything, talk to our senior executive, I was on hold for 20 mins, finally I disconnected and this happen twice, third time i waited for 24 min n finally got connected to the senior executive. He says seller rejected as he didn't had any stock. Now, I had booked the order with snapdeal, there is no seller detail after placing the order, even snapdeal guys didnt get the sellers name. I had to do nothing with seller, as sellers is not me direct buyer, I had Purchased throuth Snapdeal, So its Snapdeals responsibility to deliver me the product. This is sheer Fraud and cheating Case from Snapdeal. Their Deals are always bogus... Many have faced this problem, as in INDIA everything is allowed... BUT now NOOO... Can somebody help to lodge an official complain of fraud and cheating case against SNAPDEAL. Was this information helpful? | |||
