[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order id: [protected]. Product returned but company not issuing payment. | |||||
I bought a pair of shoe from snapdeal.com with order no: [protected]. on cost of Rs. 999/- on 13th of May 2016 from Snapdeal.com and product was not fit to my size I had filed the return request within stipulate period 7 days the company promised me to pick the product in 1-2 working days. After waiting on their response I then I received an email from the company that the areas is out of their picking process they asked me to ship the product by self-ship mode I have returned the product on 28th /05/ 2016 via National Speed post Service http://indiapost.gov.in/ with wide Speed post number EE[protected]IN. the idem is delivered to the aforementioned address.
