Hi snap-deal


This is to inform you that i suppose to receive my order within 15 jun but i couldn't and i got revised delivery date i. E, within 18 jun. And here is the order no :

And i also got mail from snap deal saying that order was not delivered due to customer was not available but the truth is i have not received any calls or sms from fedex and nobody visited to the address which i have given.


I have ordered some stuff before i received that since it was cash on delivery but opportunity this time i made online payment so since payment is already received for you i'm facing this kind of problem.

I request you to deliver it within 24 hour otherwise i will proceed for next step of complaint
