[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order id:-[protected] Fastrack watch courier refund related. | |||
I ordered a Fastrack Watch Order id:-[protected] it was defective so I chose for replacement of the watch. Since the pick up of company wasn't available I sent item to the address provided by Snapdeal and sent the image of courier receipt of Rs. 310. It has been more than 10 days and I haven't received my refund of courier charges. Even the new replaced item has come which is bit defective too. But first I want refund for initial order's courier charges. I have tried to complaint snapdeal about it but its been unresponsive. So please help me.
