[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order id: [protected] abruptly cancelled daybed after 15 days | |
Hi, Its very disappointing to write, i had order daybed on snapdeal on 18th of sept'2016, for which i received proper order confirmation with order details. Today suddenly i received a message, mentioning my order is cancelled without any valid explanation. Most unfortunate part is, there is no grievance portal and customer care phones are unanswered. As a end user, i want to see my product delivered rather to see money transferred to valet that to after more than 20days. The item i which bought for 10k, its now for 17k, so there will be 7k loss for me. I hope there would be proper response from snapdeal instead giving lame reasons.
