Hi This is regarding my order ID [protected] which I placed with snapdeal. I ordered Honor 6X 64Gb gray version but I received a 32gb version. Post which I talked to customer care and they gave me the CHOICE to either get an exchange or get a refund. Since I was already upset because of THEIR MISTAKE I decided to get a refund. Now when the product has reached them, they are refusing to pay any refund. Moreover the customer care is really very rude to me. They disconnect the call on my face refusing to return saying I have a 'suspicious' account, which they didn't realize until now. The another reason they give is that ma'am you have returned more products than you kept. So sir, if that's the problem, like Street Style Store, be very clear that you wouldn't accept return. Secondly, if you provide me with ####### products, I cannot keep them. Provide quality and "accurate" products which I order and I promise to keep them. Moreover, I even asked them to kindly give me my phone back if you are not willing to refund because my account is "suspicious", they even refused to do that! I am not getting my phone back, I am not getting my money! What kind of a business and service is this? So please stop harassing me and kindly refund my money. I am however never ever gonna get back to snapdeal after such horrendous experience they gave me and I would tell everyone about what you did to me and how you are harassing me! This is not how you treat your customers. It's your fault that you gave me faulty product, not mine that I complained about the same. So kindly process my request. Snapdeal. Com has openly refused to payback my 14k nor am I getting my phone back! And they have no valid reason for the same. All I get to hear it that ma'am your request has been closed! You cannot harass your customers like that! You provide me with working items at the first place and when i complain of the same, you dupe me of my money! Oh! And also I was told that "madam you are lying, we checked, you received a 64gb version". Fine just give me my phone back then! You guys don't even check what you are sending your customers. And expect us to accept whatever you send?? That's not possible. Give me my money back or if you think I "played" games on you, just give me my phone back! You cannot keep both!
