[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — order not picked up and return request closed. | |||
Dear sir I have order a pair of nike shoes from snapdeal on 7th august. The product i got was a fake product and also damaged, so i have registered a return request for my product. But the product was not picked up. I tried to contact the customer care many times but i got no responce. Till 5th of september it showed the return is in progress (As shown in screenshot). But today i checked and it showed that the return request was closed on 15 th august. The company is cheating first by selling fake products on the name of branded ones and then not returning those and misguiding their customers. I hope my concern would be raised and my product returned as soon as possible. Also these frauds should be fined for the inconvenience that i have faced. Vasu garg Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 3, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved My order is returned and my amount was refunded.
But I dont appreciate the process because it has not happened even after mailing them many times but was possible by complaining and revealing infront of all people. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
