[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order not placed | |||
Hello there & Greetings ! I don't see me order placed from Internet Explorer of Epson L210 Printer (In my placed orders list on snapdeal.com) Mode of payment used was Net Banking since, upon choosing COD option; it used to say that COD option is not available at the given address. Money has been deducted from my account. I have neither have revived any mail or SMS from snapdeal.com But I have received SMS from the bank (SBI) regarding one time high security password for the transaction of INR 8900 made for the same order and I have also received the Transaction ID via SMS. The payment was made to Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. & Transaction Ref. No. is - IG00HQBYX1 & time is 10/[protected]:12:21 Attaching the screenshots of the Error pages displayed after the transaction.
