Snapdeal.com — Ordered Item is not delivered & Cancelled | |
I order Masha Blue Cotton Printed Nighty order no [protected] on 26th jan 2015 .At that time, 50% discount going on this product .But they automatically cancelled my order on 1st feb, 2015, without asking me.When I call them to their Customer Care No, they told me that the Product lot was in faulty Condition that's why they cancelled my order.Now my Questions are, 1)Why they are not checking all product before displaying it on their web site? 2)Why they are not cross checked ordered Products with their daily stock ? 3)Why closed stock items are displaying on their site? 4)Why customer will face this type of faulty condition? 5)Why this type of situation happened with customer feeling? 6)Why they are not provide any type of reimbursement against their fault?
