[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Payment failed and money not refunded yet | |||||
I was ordering one tripod (order id-[protected]), but due to some reason the payment process got failed and order placement was unsuccessful . So i registered one request in the help center with reference number[protected] . But after 22 hours of posting the request when i checked my mail there was no response and then i checked my snapdeal account . I was shocked to find out there was no such order history in my profile . First i lost my money and now you are trying to delete the proof that i ordered this item . I have never seen any ecommerce site doing such cheap thing ever . Reply to mail ASAP . I want my money back and i'm never ever purchasing anything from your site . Totally pissed .
