Snapdeal.com — Payment not received for returned defective product | |||||
I ordered samsung galaxy duos battery and received it on 21nd march 2016. As soon as i received the product, noticed that it is not genuine samsung battery. Even its discharging quite quickly. Hence, i called up the snapdeal team and returned the product on 23rd march 2016 for refund. They told that within 4 days the refund amount will be credited to my account. It has been 2 weeks and till now i didn't received any refund amount. When i called them up, they are not answering properly. They are saying that they already credited the amount. They are asking my personal bank details to check the amount, which i am not interested in sharing. They can better check from their end whether the transfer was done successfully or not right? I am totally disappointed with their behavior. It seems they are not going to refund, which is very bad and revealing their cunning nature. Please help me in getting my amount refunded.
