[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Pick up issue and refund issue | |||
I made a request to return order [protected]. But nobody from courier contacted me and changed the status item package was not able to collect. When i call the delivery partner they told me that they don't change the status and ask to snapdeal. I purchased redmi note 3 back cover. The cover contains manufacturing defect. Item delivered on 23/08/2016 and within seconds i made request for refund and return but still always rescheduling. i return the order [protected] product to snapdeal on 08/09/2016 as per the instructions given via phone call. but still now not yet received my courier charge and purchase amount.
