Hello ma'am/sir
Most humbly i purva verma would like to state that your customer care helpline are very bad . I've been trying to call you from 22nd dec 2014 and finally got tired. Actually i wanted to exchange one of the item which i bought from snapdealand the order number was [protected] due to size problem and the response I got from you was really frustrating and annoying . I don't understand if you don't want to pick up the phone then why the hell you have displayed the number on the website-[protected].This service is not at all customer friendly.Its not like you are the only online shop I thought you were good but this act was not at all tolerable.
