Snapdeal.com — Poor customer care handling by Snapdeal and compalint on consumer court | |||
Hello, i would like to file a complaint on snapdeal in consumer court. Can anybody please tell me the address of the snapdeal ? i have ordered a printer on 12th jan from Bangalore and they said, it will be delivered by 19th jan 2015. now when i call customer care, they are telling it was returned back on 14th itself from Delhi courier. i have no information on the return status on 14th date. now when i call them, they are telling they will re initiate the order or they will pay my money back. if they are unable to deliver the order on time, why they are posting ads on their website? why did they played with my money for 12 days ? and now returning in 20 days ? i feel, as we are good indian citizen's we should through these company's out of business, because of their pooooooor customer care ...etc Thanks and Regards, Srinivas GH ghs.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
