[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Poor customer support, delay in giving solution to the customer | |||||
My name is Manoj.R, Working in a private company in coimbatore. i booked a mobile from my friend mail id, Mobile Karbonn K flip 2 booked on 19/01/2017, received product on 24/01/2017. Complaint filed as used one, Number 5 button not working like other button and coating over mobile is improper filed on 25/01/2017. Material collected from me on 27/01/2017. Received a message on 03/02/2017 as request declined and material will be returned. Till now no update from them also if i call their customer support they convinced me and on 08/02/2017 their customer support manager committed to give refund. then on 09/02/2017 received a call and asking me to wait and material will be returned soon. This is disgusting so please look into to it and do the need full. Need refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
