I purchased a prestige jmg champ 550 3 juicer mixer grinder through snapdeal vide invoice no. Sf6d30/280 dated 13.03.2018. The order was placed on 12.03.2018 and product was delivered on 16.03.2018. This is to inform you that product was received in damaged condition. One lock of the product is totally broken. I made a request for return as per policy on the vary same day through snapdeal apps but the item was not picked up for return. Despite of picking the product my request is being rescheduled so many times since the day of my complaint/delivery. Recently, pickup was scheduled for 23.03.2018. Till today i.
