[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product delivered is fake | |||||
Hi, I placed order for Loreal professional Shampoo and conditioner on 24th October but when I received the product it was not genuine. Product was received on 31st Oct but I couldn't use it immediately since I was out of station. Order No [protected] When I used the product I realised the product is not genuine. When I made a complain to customer care on 13th Nov they told since 7 days of refund are over therefore as a policy they cannot do anything about it.
