[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product delivered is out of warranty | |||||
I have purchased XIAOMI note 4 from snapdeal app & when i received the handset in nagpur, there was an issue with network problem. We have asked for replacement but the customer care told us to get it repair from XIAOMI authorise service centre in nagpur. When we gave the handset to customer service, they directly told it is out of warranty & handset is not an MI fone its a copy of same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
