[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product exchange instead of hard drive of rs.3999/- I got a cheap grade sewing machine of rs.160/- | |||||
This is a incident of 31-01-18, In IIT Guwahati, Assam My product BMP no[protected], DE no[protected] Order id -WWI-hd-401 I am complaining that I have ordered a hard drive on amazon india on 24-01-18 of amount Rs.3999/- Today i got another product i.e a low grade sewing machine instead of hard disk worth 3999/- cod. When i unpacked the parcel it was from snapdeal with order id- WWI-hd-401 not from amazon. I was shocked to see this. If it will happen like this how we can trust any online shopping websites. Is there any way to return this order and get my money back. Please take action against this as soon as possible so that others may not suffer like me and to maintain the trust of online shopping websites. I want to know how I can apply for refund and return.
