[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Product is not deliver yet

Hello,

I have ordered Motorola x play turbo edition xt1562 32GB on Dec 25, 2016, Order ID: [protected]but its not delivered yet. Why?

Every time when I call your customer care executive they don't answer properly. I asked them to give me a phone number where I can log my complaint, they gave me wrong/invalid number.

Even when I asked to transfer the call to senior executive, they refused. Its really frustrating for a customer.

You are extending delivery time again and again. and due to this I have to manage my availability which is not easy. I am a regular customer of Snapdeal but this type of process is really bad. I wont recommend snapdeal to anyone. how you people managing your customer??

I need my product ASAP. I'm very upset. If I will not get the product in 2 days I report complaint for sure.

I wanted to gift this product to someone...but the product wasn't delivered on promised time which is really BAD.

I will never purchase anything from snapdeal. In TV ads, you show that you care for your customers BUT in reality...you DONT.
