[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product not delivered and giving courier service number which does not exist. | |||
Hi, I had ordered F&D Tower speakers on 10th Oct' 2014, and I received my order on 19th Oct'14, which was faulty. I logged complaint with you but nobody responded till 2 weeks and after that courier boy collected the parcel for refund process. Now it has become one month and we have not yet received any communication from your end and as per your online portal for Tracking Order, our order is on hold, for no reason. You have provided only courier service provider details, which is Bluedart, AWB number and contact details of courier service, which never gets connected or responded.
