Snapdeal, I ordered this product on 24th april 2016 with estimated delivery date on 27th-29th may 2016. As the product is not delivered on time to me, i requested for cancellation of this product on 3rd may 2016. You replied me that you will be refunding to me only when you receive the product back to vendor. Suddenly i got message from snapdeal on 16th may 2016, that product - order id: [protected] is delivered to me. But i have not received any product - order id: [protected] to me. Regarding the same i raised complaint with snapdeal customer care on 16th may 2016. Your customer care executive promised me that you will resolve this issue with in 48 hours, but till now i have not received any reply back from snapdeal. I have been hearing this DRAMA from your customer care team since 21 days. I made more than 45 phone calls and numerous emails to Snapdeal, every day your Customer care team will tell our Team will get back to me by 5pm, but till now no call or update received.
Your customer care team acting will get Oscar award, customers like us will get madness .
You send Product by Blue dart or Fed ex it is your wish and your responsibility to give Product to customer within estimated delivery date. Till now you people are unable to trace where the Product is.
I have not received Single phone call/Update from Snapdeal since 10 days.
