[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED ALMOST 1 MONTH | |||
I BOOKED A OTG ON 14TH OF NOVEMBER. MY BOOKING ID IS [protected]. TILL NOW I DIDT RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT AFTER SO MANY CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARE THERE IS NO SATISFACTORY REPLY FROM UR END. ITS A WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH SNAPDEAL. I USUALLY SHOP ONLINE BUT THIS IS THE FIRST N LAST EXPERIENCE WITH SNAPDEAL. MOSTLY I GOT THE SHIPMENT WITH IN 2 DAYS. BUT WITH SNAPDEAL ITS SO SHAMEFULL THAT STILL THEY ARE GIVING A VERY STUPID EXCUSE THAT THE SHIPMENT IS DELAYED DUE TO HEAVY BACKLOG . IF IS THAT THEN WHY DID YOU GUYS TAKE THE ORDERS WHILE GIVING DELIVERY TIME OF 2-3 DAYS. I WANT TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE WITH IN A DAY. Was this information helpful? | |||
