[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product not work

I purchased titan wrist watch from sanpdeal.com but after delivered the product not work and same day i submit my return/replace the product by chating on snapdeal account. After that company sent a messages to me to recovered the product within 48 hrs. And also called me two time for picking the product but now one week passed but no any agent picked the product. So i request to you please take necessary action against this fraud.
