Hi, I am YOJANA SINGH, I had placed an order on 16th Oct, 2014 from the site www.snapdeal.com.till now my packet has not reached me.they had given me the estimated delivery time as 24th Oct, 2014 then they extended to 3rd Nov, 2014 but till i have not received my packet.Whenever I mail them, they sent me a computer generated mail saying that sorry for the inconvenience caused.the contact no that they had provided on their website i wrong.i asked them to provide me with a compensation but for that also they had not replied me back.these are the details regarding my product- order id-[protected] product name-Tiekart combo offer of brown pocket square necktie and cufflinks product code-[protected] amount paid-849 you can contact me on the no-[protected] email [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
