[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product Specs not mentioned and not able to exchange | |||||
For order ID: [protected], the product won't work in my area as the water TDS level is low. So I asked for exchange the product and uploaded the Eureka Forbes engineer's report as well. The same details and specs were not mentioned on the website as which product will work in my area or not. I guess that is a cheating to the customer by not providing any info and not accepting the product by Snapdeal. I received the call from the Snapdeal team they can't exchange the product. So, its totally cheating with the customer. Everyone knows they have a very bad reputation and truly they proved that also. I guess there are enough evidences to file a complain at Consumer Forum.
