[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Receive fake products

I had purchased a Sony Bluetooth headset from snapdeal on the 8th of Nov by paying cash on delivery, I raised a return request instantly and after many repeated calls and mails got it returned on the 22nd of November, I have paid 2500rs for this and they have till now not refunded the amount though it's showing as refund successful.

I've been repeatedly mailing [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com with no response from them.
This is the first time I've purchased from snapdeal and my perception of this site has changed, I have wasted by money and time along with facing lot of mental tension.

I hope this complaint is an eyeopener for other consumers and they are made aware of the situations that arise once money has been handed over to fakesters.

Now snapdeal is asking me.to contact the seller even after delivery and pickup was made by them.
I have mailed them all the images they have asked.
Now why do I have to contact the seller?
I am left with neither money or product
