[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Receive fake products | |||||
Order Id:[protected] I had purchased a Sony Bluetooth headset from snapdeal on the 8th of Nov by paying cash on delivery, I raised a return request instantly and after many repeated calls and mails got it returned on the 22nd of November, I have paid 2500rs for this and they have till now not refunded the amount though it's showing as refund successful. I've been repeatedly mailing [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com with no response from them. This is the first time I've purchased from snapdeal and my perception of this site has changed, I have wasted by money and time along with facing lot of mental tension. I hope this complaint is an eyeopener for other consumers and they are made aware of the situations that arise once money has been handed over to fakesters.
