[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Received a brick instead of 5.1 Speaker | |||
Hi All, I have received a brick instead of 5.1 Speaker. Firstly it was delivered after 19 days of placing the order. Next it was a big brick which I received. No response from Snapdeal until I posted the image in Social Media(Facebook, Twitter). Snapdeal Ceo(Mr Kunal Bahl) didn't bothered to replied in twitter(I tweeted him as well). Employee from Senior Escalation Team still are saying lie. After much harassment, received the refund. Now they are saying there will be no compensation for this incident. his company should be banned as same thing is happening for numerous customer. Was this information helpful? | |||

We meed Refund for the particular Item Mitashi 5.1 Home Theatre system with Bluetooth HT
8150 BT, So please initiate the Refund.
I Already sent that product with a the snopshot of tracing detail for the received product to warehouse.
Customers are told to arrange team call. but still the call is not coming..
Please arrange immediately for the refund of the product otherwise i scomplient consumer for that regarding..
Customer is not responding all the time. Still not getting refund and replacement.
Ordered date, Placed on 30 Sep, 2016. suddenly returned the Item. But I dot know to reject the complaint still not getting the refund.
