[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Received a damaged product inside the package | |||||
Hi, I had ordered a lakme 9 to 5 lip liner. On the day of the delivery this package was sent to my home when i was in office. After returning i come back and unbox the item and was shocked to see a broken lip liner. Adding that i haven't even opened the original package inside the box. When i complained it to the snapdeal customer care they justify this telling that the item is packed on surveilance and they cannot initiate a refund/replacement.in that case we should not trust snapdeal with any of the products because you may end up receiving and defective/damaged item and feel nothing but helpless. Highly disappointed with snapdeal and i would need a refund of this product Was this information helpful? | |||||
