[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — received a fake product and now upon returning, it says quality check failed

Please stop taking customers for granted. I had placed an order for mi power bank and received a fake one. Upon initiating a refund, it sends me a message about quality check failed. I just payed 600 bucks for that item. And i am being fooled by this quality check policy. Please initiate a refund as soon as possible or i will have to raise a token about the same.
