[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — received damaged item & seems to be fake product | |
Regarding order id: [protected], suborder id: [protected] in connection with the product purchased from snapdeal. The product is jaguar classic black men perfume 100ml. When i received the product on 8th june, i found that inside the box, the item is broken. The main perfume bottle is intact but the outer covering layer surrounding the bottle including the bottle-nozzle cap cover is completely broken. Seeing the way it is broken, anyone can conclude at first hand, it is not the original perfume bottle made in paris. I raised a complain to snapdeal but they didn't contact me to discuss, rather directly initiated a process of return. They didn;t bother to know if i want to return (If at all possible as i purchased it for gift/presentation to my dear one). Was this information helpful? | |
