[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Received defect phone

I have order asus zenfone go 4.5 (8gb) from snapdeal and order# [protected].

Received order with defect peace with the below problems
1. Mobile is battery is discharging
2. Camera is not functioning
3. Mobile is hanging
4. Display is not working sometime. Getting blank screen.
5. Mobile is rebooting frequently

I have raised compliant for return order. But no one is taken required action form snapdeal side.

Begging for return my money from snapdeal.

Updated by Rama B Just now received the call from [protected] and they are asking my back account number and debit card number, expiry date and finally asking for CVV number from card back side as well.

Without provide CVV number they are telling me as we can't refund your money.

I came to know you people are playing too much with me to avoid refund my money. Kindly don't give me chance to put a file in CONSUMER FORM and Police station with all received contact numbers.

If possible at least provide me new mobile without any defect issues ASAP?

I will collect all the received calls details and put a case in police station soon if there is no required action from your side with new mobile or refund my money to used online account.
