[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Received different item than the ordered one, having order number [protected] | |||||
I have received different item in the redmi note 3 box having order number [protected] of snapdeal.com on 22 january, I raised return request on 24 january . The pickup was scheduled but the pickup person denied to pickup the different item which I received in the box of redmi note 3. Im following up with snapdeal since 50 days for the pickup but every time they are telling that pickup will be done in next 24-48 hours but pickup was not done till date. Today when i called again n talked with floor supervisor kamal kishor he told me that pickup will not be done now, i have to keep the product he said. Then after lot of discussion with him he told that he is escalating the issue for final time n I will be updated regarding the resolution within 48 hours.
