[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Received used item but there is a delay in pickup | |||
I have received the product on 8th Nov 2016. I have opened the outer cover and inner box cover was tampered. So, I requested for return. Courier pickup guy has opened the inner cover on 9th Nov and found used item was there. He refused to pick up the item. I raised a complaint on 9th Nov for receiving used product. Order id:[protected] (Philips QT4006/15 advanced trimmer). Ticket no: 35438422. I am waiting for almost 8 days. No proper response from Snapdeal customer care executives.
