[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Redmi MI Note 3 | |||||
I have booked a Redmi Mi note 3 on 8th January 2017 Order ID: [protected] which was covered under the snapdeal gold policy where they deliver the product in two days. I have waited till 11th of january which was the committed date for the product but it was not even dispatched by the vendor. I have registered my concerns with the snapdeal executives by calling and writing emails. They always had a same answer that we are working on it. Today is 12th January and Snapdeal has cancelled the order itself and reassigned the order to someone other and a new delivery date has been given which is 14th january. My concern is that why in the first place i have been committed the 11th january? because i wanted the product on said date thats the reason i have done the payments.
