I have booked a Redmi Mi note 3 on 8th January 2017 Order ID: [protected] which was covered under the snapdeal gold policy where they deliver the product in two days. I have waited till 11th of january which was the committed date for the product but it was not even dispatched by the vendor.
I have registered my concerns with the snapdeal executives by calling and writing emails. They always had a same answer that we are working on it. Today is 12th January and Snapdeal has cancelled the order itself and reassigned the order to someone other and a new delivery date has been given which is 14th january.
My concern is that why in the first place i have been committed the 11th january? because i wanted the product on said date thats the reason i have done the payments. I feel myself cheated and needs to be compensated as this is entirely Snapdeal's fault.

Hello Again!

Inspite of so many written emails, complaints and calls the product is not been delivered yet! I have paid the amount on 8th January 2017 and today is 16th January and there is no information about my product.
Everytime i call or write an email, the snapdeal representative ask me to wait as they are checking the issue.
I am feeling cheated. As a customer what is my fault if i have booked a product from their website?

Its a simple breach of trust and commitment. The initial delivery date for Order ID: [protected] was 11th January, on which Snapdeal has failed to provide the product. then later they changed the delivery date to 14th January from their own and failed again.
I need to be compensated for such a hassle as i am chasing the product every day. I have been calling the snapdeal at lengths but nothing is happening.
Kindly help to get the product and the compensation.

The product has not been delivered yet! Snapdeal has changed dates from 11th january to 14th january and to day is 16th january but i have no idea where my product is?
