I placed an order for MOTO E worth Rs.4999 order #[protected]. I placed a cancel order and call up their customer care on 15.oct 2015, they assured that i will get back my refund. I did not take the delivery of the product. The delivery boy taking advantage of the fact that it is a prepaid order, signed the pod with a wrong emp no. I recd a message from the gojavas courier that the courier has been delivered. I placed a complaint both with gojavas and snapdeal that the status shows delivered but, snapdeal customer care executive said that they would investigate and assured me of a refund. In the meantime gojavas closed the complaint445443 as soon as it opened. they did not even investigate. The courier guy came to me and showed the pod, neither the signature nor the emp id registered were mine. I also ccd the management but the management seems to be sleeping over it. I keep getting an automated reply from snapdeal that it has been delivered. there is no word from gojavas. I told the delivery boy forged my signature but still no action. Request you not to place a prepaid order. cos if you cancel you will not get the refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
