I have order the product (Order ID: [protected]), Placed On 31 May, 2016, I order the product with freecharge balance and I cancel the order, but cancellation process was not done by snapdeal, at the time of delivary i didnt take the product, means I return back the product to snapdeal.They receive product then also iam not getting my money till date.
