Here I purchased mobile Redmi note 3(32gb) on date of 22 August 2016 order placed.i opened that mobile found faulty.suddenly I requested to Snapdeal to return and refund my money Later his pick up partner came and got that mobile on the 3rd sep 2016 as per the policy of Snapdeal had not refund my money. I make complaint his customers care services even no reply.. And now they message online status says sent items sent back to you because of quality check failed Was this information helpful? | |||
