Snapdeal.com — Refund complaint | |||||
I bought Puma brown leather wallet on 7th july 2015 using my icici credit card. My Order ID : [protected] and sub-order number was--[protected] Since i didn't like it i returned it to snapdeal on 9th July 2015. For returning my wallet refund ticket number was 03606426 . I received confirmation mail from snapdeal also. On 14 th july i received mail regarding that my refund was successful. But when i checked it didn't reflected in my account. I contacted to snapdeal they asked me to confirm with my bank. I did that too. Then they asked me to submit my bank statements which i did for couple of times. The request numbers for every complaint i registered are 06940615, 06940737, 09825170. In such case what can i do? Was this information helpful? | |||||
