[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund issues | |||||
At least have some pity on kids. I haven't yet received any refund information for order id:[protected] suborder id: [protected] and order id:[protected] suborder id:[protected] The first order got delayed because seller didn't provided the form 16 for inter state shipment as per fedex so i cancelled that assuming i will get the refund and ordered again in a hope that this time seller will provide all documents but the i came to know that snapdeal and fedex is showing my cancelled order has been delivered which was wrong as that order was returned to the seller so considering this might happen with the second order i made i cancelled the second order too. So now i am waiting for refund initiation information for more than forty thousand rupees. I want the refund process for these two orders amounting 21, 450 and 20, 950 to be processed asap. It has already taken a lot of time and i hope there won't be more harassment for me to face. Please at least consider my old record and don't make me to loose my trust in snapdeal.
