[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund not accepted | |||||
Order ID: [protected]. It was a very disgusting experience shopping at snapdeal. Actually i have ordered JBL Headphones and i have recieved those damaged. Firstly when i complained about them they told me that i will get a call from the recruitment team about my refund but i waited for 5 days and i didnt recieved any call. In between these days i contacted the customer executive multiple times and they all made a fake promise that there will be a confirmation call from the company and after waiting for so much time today when i called them up they told me that your account has been suspended on the basis of your previous transactions. What the hell is this they were making fool of me since past week making fake promises. That's the worst experience i have experienced in window shopping. Was this information helpful? | |||||
